Could you verify if the expression in the title is English? If it doesn't sound familiar to you, chances are, it isn't.

Were you even able to guess what the phrase could mean? Judging from your response this certainly isn't an English expression but I'm just curious.

I can guess, but it's not a standard expression. The meaning, however, is fairly clear.

Hi,

In Polish 'plus minus zero' means 'more or less zero', but I think in English it doesn't sound nice.
