the newest methods of teaching for kids

Hi everybody;

I search a lot in so many( sites, books,…) to find the newest methods of teaching for kids ,(as ESL)but unfortunately I can’t find anything useful! I think they are just theories and not practical! So is there anyone who can help me and show me some practical way?

Let me know if it works, so I can recommend it to others. I teach post-grads most of the time so I'm out of the loop for young learners.
