1.My family consists of 5 people: a mother, a father, a sister, a brother and me.
My family consists of 5 people: a mother, a fater,a sister, a brother and myself.

2. It just takes her 10 minutes to come to class on foot from her house( or from her home?).
( does it sound ok?)

2 How about 'to come on foot to class from her house'
