    Hi,

    What is the meaning of "run from behind" please?
    The expression is frond in a part of Tadashi Saito's statements from Sony.
    "The first runner has to face the wind—sometimes, it's easier to run from behind..."

    It means to run behind another person. The first person faces the wind. You run behind that person and face no resistance from the wind.
