could you please tell me what the term "delivery platform" could mean in the following text extracted from the Logistics Contract:

Delivery platform (if applicable): Company: xxxx Address: xxxxx

Could it mean the place of delivery? Or something else?

I've seen it used for IT services- the internet is a delivery platform, so it could be used for things like online conferencing- does that make any sense?
