    Default Singular or Plural

    Hi all, may I ask if this sentence is grammatically correct:
    "As the investigation concludes, the debate over the origins of the scandal, the merits of the federal investigation, and the legal authority of the prosecutor has intensified greatly."
    Should "has" in this sentence be replaced by "have"?
