Question on the present perfect?

Hi teachers,
Could you help me on this one please?
If I use the present perfect to express a routine activity, it should always be mentioned together with some indication of frequency. Should it also have a present time marker in the sentence?
Eg.
He has gotten up early every day this week.
He has often had his breakfast in the kitchen this week.

You could say He has had his breakfast in the kitchen this week- the assumption would be that he has done it every day. I don't like often in your sentence much- I would say something like He has had his breakfast in the kitchen most mornings this week
