    "it is worth mentioning any illnesses he's had in the last three months that mya have affected the condition of the sperm, any medication he has taken or is taking, excessive heat he has experienced and excess weight he is carrying."
    Does "excess weight he is carrying" mean "heavy things he is carrying" or "excess body weight he is carrying (he is fat)"?
