Default Punctuation Question

How do I punctuate the following sentence:

Dr. Who inidicated he is unable to provide timeframes at this time as to when he would be capeable of returning to light or regular work activities or when he would be done with his post surgical treatment.

The simplest way would be to stick a comma after 'activities'. How would you punctuate it?
