The ones in red aren't acceptable, or at least sound very strange. Maybe you could say "drink your medicine," if the medicine was in a glass, but "take" would be a much more normal sounding choice.

'Drink soup' is just fine in BE. I agree with raphey about the rest.
Personally, I wouldn't say 'eat soup' unless it had lots of chunky vegetables and/or meat in it.
