Emerge Of
Hi,
I read this title from npr.org.
"Signs Emerge Of Economic Change In North Korea"
Would it be better to use "from" instead of "of"?
If it is true, could you explain me the meaning of the "emerge of"?
Thanks in advance.

Would it be better to use "from" instead of "of"? No, because the signs are not the result of the economic change. The "signs" are the indicators/the beginnings/the evidence of change.
If it is true, could you explain me the meaning of the "emerge of"? See above,
Thanks in advance.
