How about this:
"We will hold the foreign language course on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the export training room."
With things like courses, I tend to prefer the passive:
"The foreign language course will be held on Saturday, from 8am to 3pm, in the export training room."
There is, of course, nothing wrong with SlickVic's suggestion, I just wanted to add mine.
There are plenty of other ways to say it, including:
The foreign language course will run from 8am until 3pm on Saturday, in the export training room.
The foreign language course will be held in the export training room, from 8am to 3pm on Saturday.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
