We decide to open the course from 8:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday at export training room.

I was required to write a memo to inform the staff of foreign langage training. In the above sentence, I do not think 'open the course' is natural. So I changed it to:

We decide to run/offer the course on Saturday, Sep. 13 in export training room, and it will begin at 8 a. m. and end at 3 p. m.

Could you help me proofread it? Thank you!

How about this:
"We will hold the foreign language course on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the export training room."

How about this:
"We will hold the foreign language course on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the export training room."

With things like courses, I tend to prefer the passive:

"The foreign language course will be held on Saturday, from 8am to 3pm, in the export training room."

There is, of course, nothing wrong with SlickVic's suggestion, I just wanted to add mine.

There are plenty of other ways to say it, including:

The foreign language course will run from 8am until 3pm on Saturday, in the export training room.
The foreign language course will be held in the export training room, from 8am to 3pm on Saturday.
