Question Greeting everyone.

Greeting. First of all, I'm a new member here... Nice to meet all of you... Hope that we can get along well. ^^
It's okay if you just want to greeting without answering below question. Can I hear your voice????
//
Then, here comes my first question.
See below sentence.
"For next year, we will start using this program to calculate tax for each branch, which has been installed the system."

Here is what I mean to say
Next year - the program A will be install to 10 branches one at a time. (not all at once.)
When it is installed, that branch should use this program to calculate tax.

And here are my questions.
At blue text - should I use "to use" instead? Which one is correct?
At red text - should I say "every" instead of each? Which one is correct?
At green text - should I say "is" or "was" instead of "has been"? Which one is correct?

Thanks for your help.

hi!
I would change your sentence in a following way:
"For next year, we will start using this program to calculate tax for each branch that HAS INSTALLED the system."
start to do something is equal to start doing something
each is also a synonim of every
but as for using active and passive voice - here you do mistakes: each branch WHERE the system has been installed (by someone unknown)
or each branch that has installed the system (it is the branch that installed the system itself!)
