Just a very quick question
Larvae grow up --> wrong
Larvae grow to become a moth --> right / wrong?
Any other words to indicate growth of insects?

There is a change in larvae called metamorphism, during which the insects undergo a drastic change in appearance. You could say that a larvae develops into a moth.
Please begin all sentences with a capital letter and do not make use of unknown abbreviations (v).

They are not correct.
Gillnetter put you on the right track:
Larvae develop into moths or butterflies.
