Default nutritional advice?

"Complementary therapies provide a range of benefits:
*nutritional advice and recommendations about lifestyle changes to encourgage successful treatment.
*improved health generally, accompanied by an enhanced sense of wellbeing.
...... "

In this context, does "nutritional advice" mean "useful advice" or "advice about nutrition/nutrients" ?
