what is the deference between ( please & kindly) is it ok if i use any of them in the sentence?

Also, please remember the following standards (courtesy of emsr2d2) of written English:

- Start every new sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with the relevant punctuation mark (full stop, question mark, exclamation mark).
- Always capitalise "I".

What is the deference difference between "please" & and "kindly"? Is it OK if I use any either of them in the a sentence?
