    For each of them, which context should I use ? Are there any collocations (words that always go with those terms) ?

    Please help me, teacher !!!

    in accordance with- following a rule, etc- in accordance with the law
    in proportion- things should be balanced- punishment should be in proportion to the crime- the worse the crime, the longer the sentence
    in line with- like accordance
    in compliance- often used for requirements- electrical appliances have guidelines to comply with about radiation, etc
    as per- mostly used in writing- as per you instructions, as per you letter,
    commensurate- like proportion, but pretty formal
