lesser with tje particple
As it is said here less - definition of less by the Free Online Dictionary, Thesaurus and Encyclopedia.
adv. A comparative of little. Less. Used before a participle: a lesser-known writer.
My question would be: Is it the case most of the time in a colloqial speech?
Sometimes I can see things like
a less-known writer instead of a lesser-known writer.
And here most of the people think that less is better while it should be lesser if we follow the dictionary

the lesser organized style or the less organized style
I understand that the lesser-organized style is a norm. What do you think?
