First, please see the changes I have made in red. Always capitalise the word "I" (first person singular). Remember to end every sentence with the right punctuation mark. You have asked a question, so it needs to end with a question mark.

I don't know what a "pastorate" is. Is it a religious group?

The best thing for you to do is to try to write the letter yourself first, post it in the forum and then we will look at it.
