As long as the suggestion of obligation is correct within the context, then your use of "having to" is OK.
With the first, you should use "Four" not "4".
Why have you referred to yourself as "it" in the second example? It's a rather unnatural sentence too.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
