If I have had enough money,I would have bought a car.
Is this sentence correct? If not what is the correction?

No, it's not correct. Change "have had" to "had had".

Re: If clause
***** NOT A TEACHER *****
Hello,
1. I believe that the correct sentence is:
If I had had enough money (last month), I would have bought a car.
2. Some native speakers feel that "had had" sounds funny, so they drop the first "had":
If I had enough money, I would have bought a car.
3. Some native speakers feel more comfortable in using "had had" if they use a contraction:
If I'd had enough money, I would have bought a car.
4. And some American native speakers even say:
If I would have had enough money, I would have bought a car.
This is considered incorrect.
