Do you think this sentence is grammatically correct? Is it clear to understand?

Thank you
The word order, especially at the end (... with your parents with your children) is a little odd. I would use:
Do you want to have the same relationship with your children that you had with your parents?
Also, Shabani, you are up to 103 posts now. I'm sure you must have noticed the number of times that people are asked to give their posts more helpful titles. "Is it correct?" tells us nothing about the content. A good title would have been "Do you want to have the same relationship ...?"
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
