I'm not a teacher of English, but I have spoken it for (almost) all of my life....
Welcome to the forums, javadghiasi.
The difference lies in the context in which they are used.
'Can I have an appointment with the doctor?'
'Yes. He will see you at 3 o'clock.'
'Can I have an appointment in November?'
'He will be seeing you before that'.
A better title would have been 'He will see you.'
