What I have turned it into so far.

"On a regular basis, I have made sales to many clients via the telephone"

I don't like the "via the telephone" part.

Can anybody recommend a better way to say this?

Note first that in the original sentence, you should have used "every day" not "everyday".

When you changed it to "On a regular basis", you changed the meaning. The original sentence was quite clear that successful sales were made every day.

"By telephone" is much better than "via the telephone".

In the UK, we could say 'I make a lot of telesales every day'.
