Default It couldn't have happened to a nicer person

Could anyone tell me the meaning the following sentence?
'' It couldn't happened to a nicer person.''

Similar sentences appears on the English text, but I cannot understand
'' It couldn't happened to -----''

You're welcome, Yoshitakehori.
