Default ensure the centre financial success

    […]
Overall, the prime location and the abundant transport facilities should ensure the centre financial success.
    […]

(Taken from a CPE sample script which can be found here.)

I have the feeling that this sentence is incorrect. I would write it the following way, “. . . . . should ensure the financial success of the centre.

Is the original sentence acceptable? And what about my version?

    Thank you in advance.

I can think of four ways to word this. The first is exactly as it was written (although I admit I had to read it three times before realising that it was actually correct because it's not a very commonly-used construction).

    1) ... should ensure the centre financial success.
    2) ... should ensure the centre's financial success.
    3) ... should ensure financial success for the centre.
    4) ... should ensure the financial success of the centre. (Your suggestion)
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
