Questions 1, 3, 6 and 7 have an awkward word order. I suppose it depends on the context. If you're on the phone with someone, and you want to speak to Dona, then 2 is correct. If you're having a direct conversation with someone, and you want to know if Dona is in the same house, building, room, etc., then 4 should be correct.
