Default Chief Judge or Chief Judge of?

    Dear all,
I saw this sentence in the foreword of a book on law.

"BRIAN Z. TAMANA is Chief Judge Benjamin N. Cardozo Professor
of Law at St. John’s University School of Law."

Shouldn't it be " BRIAN... is Chief Judge of Benjamin...." or it's a structure I don't know about?

    Thanks
