    Talking Rephrase

    I have to rephrase these portions of a document. can you help me?

    1. "two-thirds of each house concurring therein"
    2. "Which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of several states"
    3. "the right of citizens of the United States shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any Stae on account of sex."
