to rewrite a sentence

Is this sentence okey?
She has to find a job of which the employer agrees to help her acquire legal status.
I'm not comfortable with " a job of which the employer..."; can you say "the employer of a job"? How do you rewrite it while keeping a relative pronoun in the sentence?

I'd say a 'job where the employer...'
