phonics
I have just got the IPA symbols chart for vowels, dipthongs and consonants.
Can you help me to get a chart teaching me how to read the other signs like /'ɑːnt͡sə/ /t/ , /s/ .
I don't know how to read IPA chart showing which letter should be in high pitch or not. eg conference....etc.
I know what is phonics. It seems to me that phonics is only enable me to sound out 4-letter words. Can you correct me?

Re: phonics
See here and here.
Primary stress is marked By /ˈ/ before the stressed syllable, and secondary stress by /ˌ/.
