Is it ok to tell him congratulation ? Hello teacher
I have a question , hope someone help me
when someone graduate we say ( congratulation )
but what if someone buy a new clothes/ shoes or any luggage
what is the best expression to tell him ?
is it Ok to tell him congratulation ?
