I changed my conclusion inspired by a particular speech that I listened Yesterday night
Countries are separate by imaginary boundaries created by the men, those are not real. Countries are many but the world is just one, each country decision could affect the fate of other. We should not just ignored the achievements of a county, in this particular case US and celebrated their failures.
Works together should be the best solution for a better World Science of Science Policy Road map. World problems like energy resources and climate changes, do not respect our imaginary boundaries.
Should not be a competition of which country will be the next World Power or which country is the most admired.
It’s necessary to have a international help and cooperation, and imitated the good from other countries and try to no commit their same mistakes.
