Correct Introduction

In making an introduction of a pastor, the pastor's assistant, and the pastor's deacons. What is the proper order of acknowledgement to present them. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

In what order please.

In order of imprtance. I'm not a Christian, but I would go Pastor, Deacons, then the assistant, as that strikes me as the order of importance.

Thank you very much, I was thinking the same in term of importance. What puzzled me was the introduction from a speaker and she didn't acknowledge the pastor first and I felt it was inappropriate for me to do it the same way.

Did she place him last? I think that could work, but the pastor should be the focus at one end of the introduction, though I wouldn't do it that way.
