    I don't know what you would like me to reply for? However, I can speak fluent English even if I have no chance to speak English for a long time.

    The first sentence isn't right, but I'm not sure how to correct it because I don't where you were going with it. For the second sentence:
    "However, I can speak fluent English even if I haven't had the chance to speak English for a long time."
