Default The first time I did this was (at) Christmas.

The first time I did this was (at) Christmas.

For this sentence, should I add AT? Which one is grammatical/natural?
I am studying at university in Hong Kong and major in English.

IMO it's better with 'at', but you'll hear native speakers leave it out in informal conversation.
