The drawers will not open properly.
A: I need to buy a dresser.
B: Don't you already have one?
A: Yes, but the drawers will not open properly.
I know that there are many usages of "will" but I do not know why and how "will" can be used in the sentence? Is this used for a current state or what? Thank you so much as always and have a good day.
