how that fits...
Pleas make the following in red clear for me.
For example, if you brainstorm on "rolling out our new product," this is not a call for innovation. A brainstorming meeting is an efficient way to get each person to figure out what actions to take and how that fits what others will do, and then to commit as a group to that joint plan.
What is the above saying? And what does "that" refer to? Actions?

The idea is that this brainstorming will cause everyone to see how their actions and responsibilities fit in with those of others.
