It would help me to answer you better if I knew the context in which you wish to use these words. For instance, "just" can be used as an adjective or an adverb. There are 6 different adjectival meanings according to my American Heritage Dictionary and 8 adverbial meanings. Do you want a listing of all of them??
For "only" there are also both adjectival and adverbial meanings.
There are some cases when the adverbial meanings overlap:
a.) when they mean "merely": I just meant that I agree. I only meant that I agree.
b.) when they mean "a moment ago": He only arrived few minutes ago. He just arrived.
c.) "just" is defined as meaning "precisely, exactly": just one teaspoonful. However, "only" may also be used in this context: only one teaspoonful. They both indicate using exactly that amount, no more and no less.
d.) "only" is defined as meaning "exclusively, solely": These are facts known only to us. However, once again, "just" can be substituted here: These are facts known just to us.
