Owning a car can improve your mobility.
1) The house that we found is outside/within his area of interest.
2) His apartment is located outside of his area if mobility because he does not have a car.
3) Owning a car can improve your mobility as you can get around easily so the aspect of distance is not a problem.
Did I construct the above sentences correctly? Please advise.
