I'm a little confused with the three words—business, responsibility and duty. How to distinguish/explain the use of each word? Is #4 acceptable?

1. It's our duty to defend our country.
One of my duties is to file the letters.

2. A little child doesn’t feel much responsibility.
Keeping house is my responsibility.

3. Following traffic rules is everyone’s business.

4. Following traffic rules is everyone’s responsibility.
