Rephrasing
Hello. Im writing my senior thesis and just wanted to know how to rephrase this definition or what do I do to put it in my essay and not be accused of plagiarism. Thank you.
"In philosophy, idealism is the group of philosophies which assert the belief that our reality, or reality as we know it, is fundamentally mental, or otherwise mentally constructed in our minds."

In your bibliography, include Postule's Book:
Postule, Ferdinand (1893) Idealism in the Middle Wallop School of Philosophy, Wolverhampton: Camford University Press.
