I have to write a semi-formal business e-mail. Can you please help me to correct these sentences:
I think that the idea of a meeting is good. (If someone suggests to hold a business meeting and you agree with it)
I suggest (that) the meeting to be (held) in .... (Less formal but still correct and polite).
Thanks a bunch!

All the sentences you suggest are perfectly good English for an e-mail. However, "If someone suggests to hold a business meeting and you agree with it" would be better written as, "If someone suggests holding a business meeting and you agree with it."Originally Posted by lazybear
