Is it polite and correct to say: "I'll have you speak to one of our representatives."?

No. "I'll have one of our representatives speak to you."

Context is important. Please provide enough for us to be able to deal effectively with your question.
Your thread title should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed.

    Welcome, Joseph.

You could also say 'I'll transfer you to one of our representatives'.

Please note that a better thread title would have been I'll have you speak...

Thread titles should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed. (Avoid phrases like "HELP!", "Urgent!", "translation please", "how do I say this", "I'm new" and similar expressions.)
