3. You have trouble in school work, behavior or social intercourse.

3. You have trouble in school work, behavior or social intercourse.

If this is a list of symptoms, eg. of some incipient mental illness, it's OK, but they should all be in the same tense. The first should be "You feel, empty..."
I'd use "social interaction".
