    Default "I wasn't at all lying when I tell you"

    "This shows to you that I wasn't at all lying when I tell you how we as the final years, developed in the club by starting as poor speakers "

    This was the reply of our University Gavel club president,when I showed him .one of his speeches three years ago..But I have a little grammar problem in this part..

    "I wasn't at all lying when I tell you" ..Is this sentence correct?
