Why is the phrases; Mr. right or Mr. perfect correct and Mr. good isn't
?

Who says it isn't? In informal conversation you can use any word you want to.
YOU: 'I'm in love again!'
BFF: 'Is it Mr Perfect this time?'
YOU: 'Not sure yet—let's just say Mr Pretty-damn-good!'
It's not a grammar question, but a usage one.
A better title would have been Mr Right.
