I would like also ask about usage of word "close". Can it be used in reference to time? For example when I come to railways information point can I ask a quesion "When will be the closest train to London?" ? In this sentence I would like to ask about the train that will arrive the soonest and take me to London.

    Thanks in advance.

Edited my moderator to create a new thread with the "close" question, which was unrelated to the original question.

No, not in your example. "When is the next train to London?" is the correct question.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
