is it natural?

I want to write a sentence which means " I cannot think of or speak the English words for some common daily life items".
The following is what I write actually.
"I have difficulty describing some common items of everyday life in English."

Is the above sentence written naturally?

What do you consider to be an example of "a common item of everyday life"?

like "refrigerator "

'I cannot think of or speak the English words' doesn't mean the same as "I have difficulty describing... items', so I'm not sure of the nature of the difficulty you're referring to. Also, I think 'common items of everyday life' is a bit excessive; 'everyday items' would do the job.

So, in answer to your question, it doesn't sound natural; (it's not grammatically wrong though).

I cannot think of/speak the words for everyday items in English = I have difficulty remembering vocabulary ie I forget the word "refrigerator".
I have difficulty describing some everyday items = When I try to describe what a refrigerator looks like, I find it difficult.
