    Default Listening NPR

I cannot figure out some words while listening a piece of NPR news broadcast.
Could someone please be kind enough to help me by filling out the blank of the last paragraph?
    Thanks in advance.

The Bush administration is continuing to defend the new Medicare prescription drug program with its rollout. NPR’s JR has more.
At its regular briefing, White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan brushed off question about low-income Medicare beneficiaries, who are paying more under the new program than they were before January 1st.
“The neediest seniors and people with disabilities are fully covered under Medicare and getting their prescription drug coverage free of charge.”
They may be getting their coverage free but many are paying more for individual drugs. And a new report from the Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services finds that nearly 1/3 of low-income patients (2'34")___________________________coverage less than 85% of the most commonly-used medications. Low-income patients can switch plans but many who have have subsequently gotten a lost in the system. JR, NPR News, Washington.
